A 25-year scientific career has given me a passion for creative approaches to research and problem solving. When I saw InnoCentive’s website, 6 years back, it sparked my interest. I submitted a solution for an InnoCentive Challenge called “Protein Crosslinks” with a hypothesis in my mind and a few days in the library. After a few months I received a notice from InnoCentive stating that my solution has been selected for the award. I was delighted.
